UN Secretary-Common António Guterres wrote a letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin and President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky take it in Moscow and Kyiv “to talk about pressing measures to ascertain peace in Ukraine.” Stéphane Dujarric, a spokesman for the secretary basic, instructed journalists on Wednesday that two separate letters have been passed over to the everlasting missions of the Russian Federation and Ukraine on Tuesday afternoon.
